How is the hair grade determined?
The hair grade is rated on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being brand new. This scale measures the softness and hydration of the hair, giving you a clear idea of its condition and expected longevity:
• 5: Brand new, flawless texture, and fully hydrated.
• 4: Slightly pre-loved, nearly new with minimal signs of wear.
• 3: Moderately used, still soft but needs more care.
• 2: Heavily pre-loved, dry and shows signs of wear.
• 1: Very worn, requires significant care to revive.
